We love to share our home staging stories, especially when our work translates into an instant sale. Here is one of our recent staging projects that happily sold in just eight days!
To start with, a wonderful, rambling Greenwich home had been just renovated to a “tee,” including new Porcelanosa kitchen and updated bathrooms. For our team at Maeve Carr Design, that translated into a beautiful fresh canvas for executing our creative vision.
Our vision for this canvas: creating a serene and comfortable mood by using neutral colors, rich textures and unique lighting. Any change can make a big impact. Whether it’s a pop of color or all new furnishings, every detail contributed to the transformation of the space.
The end result was a move-in ready family home for today’s discerning buyers…and a very happy seller who for over asking in eight days!
